Scattering Seedlings helps community-based organizations, Tribal governments, and growing businesses with strategic planning and decision-making. We start with an introductory call to get to know our clients and their needs, then draft a proposal tailored to their goals. We organize and prepare for various workshops, including Visioning, Ideation Consensus, and Prioritization using the Eisenhower Matrix. Each workshop is carefully planned and facilitated to ensure everyone’s ideas are heard and valued. After the workshops, we compile the insights and follow up with calls to review the results and refine strategies. This thorough approach helps our clients envision their future, build consensus on ideas, and prioritize tasks for successful implementation.
